เราได้เริ่มนำเข้าเครื่องทำความเย็นสำหรับรถบรรทุก HWASUNG THERMO จากประเทศเกาหลี เพื่อแนะนำให้ลูกค้าในประเทศไทยได้รู้จัก ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ.2542 ซึ่งในประเทศเกาหลีนั้นผลิตภัณฑ์ HWASUNG THERMO เป็นที่นิยมใช้กันมากที่สุด ในขณะที่สินค้าจากประเทศทางแถบตะวันตกกลับไม่เป็นที่นิยมใช้กันมากนัก และเมื่อเราได้รับรู้ถึงการยอมรับในคุณภาพของ HWASUNG THERMO จากผู้ใช้งานจริง ก็ยิ่งทำให้เรามีความมั่นใจว่า HWASUNG THERMO จะได้รับความนิยมและเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานในประเทศไทย เช่นกัน

อย่างไรก็ตาม เราพบว่าในเวลานั้นคนไทยยังไม่ค่อยมีความเชื่อมั่นในสินค้าที่ผลิตจากประเทศเกาหลี และชื่อ HWASUNG THERMO ยังไม่เป็นที่คุ้นเคย และอาจก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดว่าเป็นสินค้าที่ผลิตจากประเทศจีน เราจึงตัดสินใจใช้ชื่อ NEO KOOL เพื่อสร้างภาพพจน์ที่เป็นสากลให้กับสินค้า ถึงแม้ว่าในปัจจุบันนี้สินค้าจากประเทศเกาหลีจะเป็นที่ยอมรับโดยคนไทยแล้วว่าเป็นสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพดีได้มาตรฐานและราคาย่อมเยา ชื่อ NEO KOOL ก็เป็นที่รู้จักและยอมรับอย่างกว้างขวางในธุรกิจรถห้องเย็นและอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องทำความเย็นรถบรรทุก เราจึงยังคงรักษาชื่อ NEO KOOL นี้ไว้ต่อไป

We start introducing HWASHUNG THERMO refrigeration unit from Korea to Thailand in 1999. HWASHUNG THERMO was the most popular brand for refrigeration unit in Korea and while major western brands of refrigeration unit were not succeed in the market at all. We also heard positive feedbacks from users which give us confident that HWASHUNG THERMO would be good for Thailand.

However, at the time, Thailand was quite inexperienced with Korean brands. We thought that the market was uncertain about the quality of the products from Korea. Moreover, the name HWASHUNG THERMO could be mistaken for Chinese brand. Thus, to replace our products with an international brand, we selected the name "NEO KOOL". Although Thai market is now familiar and has good perception towards the Korean brands, the name "NEO KOOL" is already well-known brand among users in the logistic business. Thus, we decide to keep the name.

NEO KOOL has been accepted and chosen by several major companies in the country such as Saha Pathana Group, Betagen, TGM, CPF, etc. We pride ourselves in quality product and after-sale service. Currently, we have 2 service centers; Pattanakarn and Mahachai with many experienced mechanics and replacement parts to serve you.
